🔥16 oz Fire Cider: Learn the tradition behind this invigorating herbal tonic, then make your own personalized blend to take home. During class, we’ll also take fire cider shots so you can experience its bold, energizing kick firsthand.

🍁8 oz Seasonal Tea Blend: Explore the art of tea blending while crafting a customized loose-leaf tea that reflects your tastes and supports seasonal wellness.

🍯2 oz Keeper of the B Wildflower Honey: A local touch of sweetness, perfect for balancing the heat of your fire cider or sweetening your tea.

This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about herbal remedies, looking to strengthen their self-care practices, or wanting a fun and educational experience rooted in nature.
